Email support@altagrade.com from the address on your AltaGrade account. It opens a support ticket automatically, and replying to any ticket notification adds your reply to the ticket. Nothing sent by email is lost while the panel is down.
- Urgent outage on your server or site: put URGENT in the subject line.
- Billing questions can wait for the panel; nothing is charged while it is unavailable.
Checks run from your browser every 30 seconds. A service marked unreachable from here may still be reachable from other networks.
